After Biff's hinchmen take Marty in the Pleasure Palace "the hard way,"  Lorraine can be see using this Biffco napkin to wake Marty up.  This scene in the alternate 1985 mimics a scene in 1955 after Lorraine's dad hits Marty with his car.

There are two napkins in this collection.  One has been personally signed by actor Tom Wilson aka Biff.
